In the Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association Relief News from the United States…

Myanmar donates rice to help alleviate Sri Lanka’s food crisis.

One thousand metric tons of rice have been shipped to Sri Lanka from the port of Yangon to show the Myanmar government’s support of the Sri Lankan people. During a formal ceremony, Sri Lankan Ambassador to Myanmar, His Excellency Janaka Bandara, accepted the generous contribution with gratitude on behalf of his nation. Sri Lanka has experienced economic upheavals due to soaring prices for fuel and food, with 4.9 million people currently food insecure. We offer our thanks to you, Myanmar, for your loving gesture to aid the courageous Sri Lankans. In Buddha’s loving kindness, we pray that Sri Lanka soon has an abundance and plenitude of nourishment.

International researchers find climate change increases risk of bat-borne diseases spreading northwards in Americas.

In a recently released preprint study, a group of international scientists proposes that planetary heating is causing populations of the common vampire bat-persons to move further northward into the temperate regions of the Americas due to global warming. This shift increases the risk of bat-borne diseases, examples of which include rabies, COVID-19, and Ebola, spreading among humans and animal-people. Their investigation found that the geographical range of this species is transitioning northwards into the North Mexican region at a rate of eight kilometers per year and could eventually advance even further into the United States. Such concerning news, international research team, on the potential spreading of bat-borne diseases due to climate change. In the grace of the Providence, may humanity soon switch to the Earth-saving vegan diet to ensure the climate stabilizes and that the future is bright. Vegan: cos we must save our home, the planet.

Up next, French maritime company utilizes innovative technology to limit air pollution. We are just going to thank the air ambulance pilots who fly aircraft for medical emergencies, including patient transport during life-and-death situations. When we return, more forward-thinking news ahead, here on Supreme Master Television!

Hi, adorable friends, I’m Aginta, a vegan chef from the Plum-throated Cotinga kingdom. As I flutter around the subtropical and tropical forests of South America, I have such a vast array of fruits to choose from for my vegan diet. A delicacy for me is mistletoe, and I am sure you have your favorites as well, in your Earth-protecting, compassionate plant-based diet. I would like to share a tip on how to make Delicata squash fries. First, wash and dry your squash. Cut the ends off and slice the squash in half lengthwise. Then scrape the seeds out and cut it into 0.5 to 1.25 centimeter thick slices. Preheat the oven to 260 degrees Celsius. Set the squash pieces onto a baking sheet evenly so they are not touching. Drizzle just enough oil on the fries to lightly coat both sides. Sprinkle on some salt and bake for 10 minutes. Then take the tray out of the oven and use a spatula or tongs to turn the slices over and bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes or until each of the sides are browned. Serve them with sriracha or any vegan condiment you desire! These are a tasty, crowd-pleasing appetizer that your guests will love! Thank you for tuning in and love you for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet, thus save the world. Now, the global weather.

French firm launches ferry with engine filters to capture air pollution.

French transport company La Méridionale recently put a ferry into service that contains filters on the engine to absorb at least 99% of the sulfur oxide as well as fine and ultrafine particles that are emitted. These are the primary types of air pollutants released by ships. The system is to be installed on all of the enterprise’s vessels. The boat currently travels between Marseille and the island of Corsica. The President of the Regional Council of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, Dr. Renaud Muselier, who provided 40% of the financing for the filters, shared that this initiative could inspire larger marine businesses, such as cruise ship operators, to follow suit. Way to go, La Méridionale, on your diligent efforts to limit pollution from your ships. In the caring guidance of Heaven, may all companies make the environment their top priority, as we work together to protect and clean the planet.

US researchers announce first-ever successful ignition of nuclear fusion reaction in lab.

Scientists at the National Ignition Facility of the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) in California, recently announced a successful energy experiment, which was conducted on August 8, 2021. Hydrogen atoms underwent fusion, releasing 1.3 megajoules of energy for 100 trillionths of a second. This is the equivalent of 10 quadrillion watts. Nuclear fusion is the source of our sun’s energy and could serve as a tremendous power source for Earth’s cities. The findings were published in the journal Physical Review Letters. Our appreciation, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory researchers for your perseverance and hard work. We can’t wait to hear of more exciting developments as your efforts continue to help us better understand our amazing universe, in God’s Grace.

Student Volunteer Army (SVA) helps residents in Nelson, New Zealand, after devastating floods.

Nelson suffered widespread flooding in August 2022, with a state of emergency declared after over a meter of rain was recorded in four days. More than 1,200 people were evacuated from their homes. Over 50 Nelson College students of the nonprofit Student Volunteer Army pitched in to assist local residents in cleaning up their properties using shovels and wheelbarrows, with more volunteer days planned. Sam Johnson, co-founder and CEO of SVA said, “SVA steps up when we’re needed, and we’ve had plenty of experience with floods and silt.” Matt Donald, a student from Nelson College and SVA member, agreed. He observed, “I thought the students could make a real difference by coming together and supporting our community.” Bravo, SVA members, for helping local residents in their time of need. May your charitable actions encourage others to do the same, in Divine benevolence. “Sure, u can make war: It’s so easy 2 sit in a safe palace n order ur soldiers 2 kill at random. But this treatment will b measured exactly on u in hell!”

Coming up, new entity in US has mission to help nation transition to plant-based food system. We will take a moment to learn about the health benefits of eating pineapples, a tropical fruit indigenous to South America but now cultivated all over the world. You’re watching Noteworthy News on Supreme Master Television. Welcome back to Noteworthy News – Supporting News for a Conscientious World.

New institute created in US to encourage transition to vegan food system.

The Plant Based Foods Association (PBFA), established in 2016, is a United States trade association of more than 350 plant-based food companies. PBFA has recently launched the Plant Based Foods Institute (PBFI), which will focus on influencing US government policies on national dietary guidelines, helping shape agriculture-related legislation, promoting plant-based foods in schools and hospitals, connecting vegan food companies with American suppliers, and partnering with farmers. Rachel Dreskin, CEO of PBFA and PBFI, said that through collaborations by PBFA, PBFI and the International Plant Based Foods Working Group, which represents a coalition of trade associations from the UK, Europe, China, India and Mexico, the industry is ready to “drive the change” of a global move to a vegan food system. Our accolades, the Plant Based Foods Institute, for your benevolent mission and endeavors. May a vegan food system soon be the only one of its kind in the world, in Celestial wisdom.

Australian outback community of Winton helps find beloved lost dog-person.

Deborah and Geoff Inskip were visiting a tourist attraction in outback Queensland while on holiday. Maggie, their beloved boxer companion who came on the trip, was being cared for by others when she ran off to a nearby creek. Lost in a dangerous terrain filled with snakes, plus featuring deep mud from recent rains, Deborah was not confident of Maggie surviving. However, hope was kept alive when locals reported sightings and footprints of Maggie. Using scented clothing and cameras borrowed from local police, on day eight, Maggie was finally spotted near the airstrip of the town’s airport. The Inskips arrived and finally found the hungry dog-gal. Kudos, Winton community members and police, in contributing to this happy reunion of Maggie and her caregivers! May Maggie remain safe in the future with the love of her dear family, in Heaven’s gentle protection.

Ready for the joke of the day to chill you out? Here’s one titled, “Preparing for Landing.”

On the first day of training for parachute jumping, Leo listened intently to the instructor. Everyone was told to start preparing for landing when they were 90 meters from the ground. Then Leo asked:

“How am I supposed to know when I’m at 90 meters?”

“That’s a good question. When you get there, you can recognize the faces of people on the ground.”

After pondering her answer, Leo asked again:

“What happens if there’s no one there I know?”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Ching-Hsin in Taiwan, also known as Formosa:

Master is so compassionate and full of Love that no language could describe.

Once, when Master was giving a lecture and answering questions from disciples, a sister with poor hearing, whom I knew, had the courage to raise a question that had been troubling her for a long time. Though no one mentioned that the sister couldn’t hear well, Master knew it. Not only did Master answer her patiently, She also told the adjacent people to repeat Her answer to the sister, fearing that she couldn’t hear clearly.

The scene touched me so much, and I felt overwhelmed by Master’s Compassion and Love. Master pays serious attention even to trivial things, not to mention making great sacrifices for sentient beings. My few sentences could not convey even one-ten- thousandth of Master’s Compassion and Love, but I still wanted to write about Master’s wholehearted Love that I felt and my respect for Her. I am grateful to Master for giving us the True Love that transcends birth and death.

Before my husband’s father passed away, when people were helping to put burial clothes on him, it put him in agony and made his face turn dark and look serious. Immediately, I played Master’s “Buddha’s Chanting,” silently recited the Holy Names, and asked for Master’s help. In the evening, his father’s face turned very rosy, even smiling with his teeth visible, like with his teeth visible, like a baby peacefully sleeping. Then I knew that his father had been taken to Heaven by Master. I heard that people had to change back to being like children before they could return to Heaven.

Master is not only liberating our five generations but is always helping us, initiates, to retrieve and recognize our pure, bright, and holy True Self, as well as helping the Earth to elevate and become a vegan world. Thank You, Master. Ching-Hsin from Taiwan (Formosa)

Adorable Ching-Hsin, Your stories are touching. It is with much love that we share them with our viewers so that they may become aware of Master’s loving nature. Everyone on this planet should be granted the opportunity to get to know and love Her the way we do. We rejoice every time a soul is awakened by something Master says or does, and that person then turns their life around to follow the path to spiritual enlightenment instead of superficially surviving in this material world. We wish that countless Blessings come to you and the good Taiwanese (Formosan) people, Supreme Master TV team

P.S. We are delighted to transmit Master’s loving words to you: “Such a filial heart you are, beautiful Ching-Hsin! One of the characteristics of a Master is omniscience. That is one of the signs by which a Master may be recognized. The Master Power always does what It is supposed to do to bring to life a peaceful Universe, the way that Heaven intended it. Like a balance, the Master Power always strives to bring everything that has strayed away from Heaven through a series of bad decisions back to Heaven’s Loving Nature. May you and spirited Taiwan (Formosa) forever know peace.”

“I have discovered that I cannot ignore the infliction of suffering - especially for my convenience or pleasure! It's as if a puppy is being kicked in front of me. I must try to do something.” ~ Kristin Bauer (vegan)
