"Vystopia: The Anguish of Being Vegan in a Non-Vegan World" is heiping the vegan to have their experience validated and to provide solutions so they transform that anguish into positive action. "Engage people in conversations, become exquisite communicators. And self-awareness is the thing we must do first." When we change ourselves, we truly change the world. And our job, I think, at this time in our history, is to change ourselves and truly put the light out there, and to raise consciousness on this planet.
