In today’s news, medical team from Taiwan, also known as Formosa, provides essential care in Cambodia’s remote areas, international study shows evidence of caves on the Moon, United Nations agency provides financial assistance to Mozambique to enhance climate resilience and social protection, research suggests prolonged digital media use causes emotional and social issues in young children, vegan fencer from Hong Kong wins Olympic gold medal, German hypermarket expands number of vegan items to more than 100, and couple in Trinidad and Tobago rescue abused and abandoned animal-people.

Other than a vegan diet, the most useful thing I do is practice good time management. Today, I have a helpful tip if you want to get more things done in a day. Just wake up an hour earlier than usual. The majority of people get up with just enough time to begin their day, which can cause significant stress. By rising earlier, you allow yourself a “time cushion” in the morning and this may give you more time for yourself throughout the day. To start, aim to wake up 15 minutes earlier than normal for a week. You can ease your wakeup call by utilizing low lighting, quiet music and a gentle alarm. Following a week, set your alarm back an additional 15 minutes, and continue this each week. A gradual transition is key to more meaningful and productive days!

The chortle launch code has just been entered, so the joke of the day will pop up any second now. It’s called “Who’s the Real Hero?”

A doctor and a lawyer were discussing their jobs.

“I saved a man’s life today! I got his heart to start beating again.”

“That’s nice… but I got something to top that…. I saved a man’s house today! He was about to lose it to the bank.”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Jun-Wei in Singapore
