I have a health tip for you. Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient that is required for producing healthy red blood cells, promoting nerve and brain function, and making DNA. Especially when on a vegan diet, you may wish to incorporate B12-fortified foods like nutritional yeast – but check that the product you purchase states on the label that it contains B12, as not all brands do. You can use nutritional yeast to top off pastas, pizzas, and salads or sprinkle it into soups or stews. This will add a cheesy flavor to your dishes. Be sure to check food labels and select plant-based products that contain B12 to help increase your intake. If you’re uncertain you are getting enough vitamin B12 through food, a simple blood test at the local clinic can tell you clearly whether you may need to supplement this vital nutrient.

Life is what you make it, so why not infuse some hilarity into your day with the upcoming joke? It's entitled “Clarity.”

Little Raymond often thought about why the world was so confusing with the words people use.

“Dad, I am very confused today.”

“I can see you are, Son; tell me what’s going on.”

“Why do they call fire trucks, fire trucks? They should be called water trucks. No? That’s what they are.”

“Good point, Son.”
